[ Upstream commit5a2ba25a55] max_opened_tc is used for stats, so that potentially non-zero stats won't disappear when num_tc decreases. However, mlx5e_setup_tc_mqprio fails to update it in the flow where channels are closed. This commit fixes it. The new value of priv->channels.params.num_tc is always checked on exit. In case of errors it will just be the old value, and in case of success it will be the updated value. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
