commit4caf4cb1eaupstream. iproc_i2c_rd_reg() and iproc_i2c_wr_reg() are called from both interrupt context (e.g. bcm_iproc_i2c_isr) and process context (e.g. bcm_iproc_i2c_suspend). Therefore, interrupts should be disabled to avoid potential deadlock. To prevent this scenario, use spin_lock_irqsave(). be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
