Implement netdev trigger and primitive bliking offloading as well as simple set_brigthness function for both PHY LEDs of the in-SoC PHYs found in MT7981 and MT7988. For MT7988, read boottrap register and apply LED polarities accordingly to get uniform behavior from all LEDs on MT7988. This requires syscon phandle 'mediatek,pio' present in parenting MDIO bus which should point to the syscon holding the boottrap register. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
