[ Upstream commitb1064037e8] The Ethernet PHY on the Cubieboard 4 and A80 Optimus have the RX and TX delays enabled on the PHY, using pull-ups on the RXDLY and TXDLY pins. Fix the phy-mode description to correct reflect this so that the implementation doesn't reconfigure the delays incorrectly. This happened with commitbbc4d71d63("net: phy: realtek: fix rtl8211e rx/tx delay config"). In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
