Renamed _transport_add_phy_to_an_existing_port() to mpt3sas_transport_add_phy_to_an_existing_port() and _transport_del_phy_from_an_existing_port() to mpt3sas_transport_del_phy_from_an_existing_port() as the driver needs to call these functions from outside mpt3sas_transport.c file. Added extra function argument 'port' of type struct hba_port to above functions and check for portID before adding/removing the phy from the _sas_port object. I.e. add/remove the phy from _sas_port object only if _sas_port's port object and phy's port object are the same. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
