This patch adds support to decode system memory bandwidth and other parameters for broxton platform, which will be used for arbitrated display memory bandwidth calculation in GEN9 based platforms and WM latency level-0 Work-around calculation on GEN9+ platforms. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
