"make C=1" returns 2 warnings in ltdc_plane_create()
("Using plain integer as NULL pointer"). This patch
fixes them.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
