[ Upstream commitd21a580daf] The issue happens in a specific path in smb_check_perm_dacl(). When "id" and "uid" have the same value, the function simply jumps out of the loop without decrementing the reference count of the object "posix_acls", which is increased by get_acl() earlier. This may result in memory leaks. Fix it by decreasing the reference count of "posix_acls" before jumping to label "check_access_bits". Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
