Pawel Laszczak d0a0a4b407 usb: cdnsp: fix incorrect index in cdnsp_get_hw_deq function

Patch fixes the incorrect "stream_id" table index instead of
"ep_index" used in cdnsp_get_hw_deq function.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
