commit3943b040f1upstream. The writeback thread would exit with a lock held when the cache device is detached via sysfs interface, fix it by releasing the held lock before exiting the while-loop. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
