[ Upstream commitec60d54cb9] Fix max_rate option in TC, check for proper quanta boundaries. Check for minimum value provided and if it fits expected 50Mbps quanta. Without this patch, iavf could send settings for max_rate limiting that would be accepted from by PF even the max_rate option is less than expected 50Mbps quanta. It results in no rate limiting on traffic as rate limiting will be floored to 0. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
