commit4bf48e3c0aupstream. Ignore the guest MAXPHYADDR reported by CPUID.0x8000_0008 if TDP, i.e. NPT, is disabled, and instead use the host's MAXPHYADDR. Per AMD'S APM: Maximum guest physical address size in bits. This number applies only to guests using nested paging. When this field is zero, refer to the PhysAddrSize field for the maximum guest physical address size. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
