pm_runtime_get_sync will increment pm usage counter even it failed. Forgetting to putting operation will result in a reference leak here. A new function pm_runtime_resume_and_get is introduced in [0] to keep usage counter balanced. So We fix the reference leak by replacing it with new function. [0] commitdd8088d5a8("PM: runtime: Add pm_runtime_resume_and_get to deal with usage counter") Fixes:50de2e9ebb("drm/lima: enable runtime pm") Reported-by: Hulk Robot <hulkci@huawei.com> Signed-off-by: Qinglang Miao <miaoqinglang@huawei.com> Signed-off-by: Qiang Yu <yuq825@gmail.com> Link: https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/msgid/20201127094438.121003-1-miaoqinglang@huawei.com
Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
