[ Upstream commit15d428e6fe] In cpuset_hotplug_workfn(), the detection of whether the cpu list has been changed is done by comparing the effective cpus of the top cpuset with the cpu_active_mask. However, in the rare case that just all the CPUs in the subparts_cpus are offlined, the detection fails and the partition states are not updated correctly. Fix it by forcing the cpus_updated flag to true in this particular case. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
