The px30 use the same phy configuration as rk3328,
however, in fact, they need different phy tuning
parameter, especially the ID Detector pin, px30
support the iddig status detection, but rk3328 not
support. Therefore, this patch adds independent
configuration for px30.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
