TSSI is transmitter signal strength indication, which is a close-loop hardware circuit to feedback actual transmitting power as a reference for next transmission. When we setup channel to connect an AP, it does full calibration. When switching bands or channels, it needs to reset hardware status to prevent use wrong feedback of previous transmission. To do TX power compensation reflecting current temperature, it loads tables of compensation values into registers according to channel and band group. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
