CAPT block (CPU Capture Buffer) have 7 sublocks: 0-3, 4, 6, 7.
Function 'vsc73xx_is_addr_valid' allows to use only block 0 at this
moment.
This patch fix it.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
