commit52b042ab99upstream. Commitb7dbcc0e43"NFSv4.1: Fix a race where CB_NOTIFY_LOCK fails to wake a waiter" found this bug. However it didn't fix it. This commit replaces schedule_timeout() with wait_woken() and default_wake_function() with woken_wake_function() in function nfs4_retry_setlk() and nfs4_wake_lock_waiter(). wait_woken() uses memory barriers in its implementation to avoid potential race condition when putting a process into sleeping state and then waking it up. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
