[ Upstream commitf9574cd486] Patch series "rapidio: fix three possible memory leaks". This patchset fixes three name leaks in error handling. - patch #1 fixes two name leaks while rio_add_device() fails. - patch #2 fixes a name leak while rio_register_mport() fails. This patch (of 2): If rio_add_device() returns error, the name allocated by dev_set_name() need be freed. It should use put_device() to give up the reference in the error path, so that the name can be freed in kobject_cleanup(), and the 'rdev' can be freed in rio_release_dev(). Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
