[ Upstream commita52587e0be] The RK3399 PCIe endpoint controller cannot generate MSI-X IRQs. This is documented in the RK3399 technical reference manual (TRM) section 17.5.9 "Interrupt Support". MSI-X capability should therefore not be advertised. Remove the MSI-X capability by editing the capability linked-list. The previous entry is the MSI capability, therefore get the next entry from the MSI-X capability entry and set it as next entry for the MSI capability. This in effect removes MSI-X from the list. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
