Marius Zachmann eda5e38cc4 hwmon: (corsair-cpro) Validate the size of the received input buffer

Add buffer_recv_size to store the size of the received bytes.
Validate buffer_recv_size in send_usb_cmd().

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
