Dmitry Bogdanov ef4f7e4bf1 scsi: target: core: De-RCU of se_lun and se_lun acl
se_lun and se_lun_acl are immutable pointers of struct se_dev_entry.
Remove RCU usage for access to those pointers.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
