So that riscv_fill_hwcap() can use riscv_isa_ext to probe for single letter extensions, add them to it. As a result, what gets spat out in /proc/cpuinfo will become borked, as single letter extensions will be printed as part of the base extensions and while printing from riscv_isa_arr. Take the opportunity to unify the printing of the isa string, using the new member of riscv_isa_ext_data in the process. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
