commit9a5571cff4upstream. When converting an inline directory to a regular one, f2fs is leaking uninitialized memory to disk because it doesn't initialize the entire directory block. Fix this by zero-initializing the block. This bug was introduced by commit4ec17d688d("f2fs: avoid unneeded initializing when converting inline dentry"), which didn't consider the security implications of leaking uninitialized memory to disk. This was found by running xfstest generic/435 on a KMSAN-enabled kernel. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
