Preliminary support for setting compression level for zlib, the following works: $ mount -o compess=zlib # default $ mount -o compess=zlib0 # same $ mount -o compess=zlib9 # level 9, slower sync, less data $ mount -o compess=zlib1 # level 1, faster sync, more data $ mount -o remount,compress=zlib3 # level set by remount The compress-force works the same as compress'. The level is visible in the same format in /proc/mounts. Level set via file property does not work yet. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
