commit 4b3338aaa74d7d4ec5b6734dc298f0db94ec83d2 upstream. Commit41a506ef71("powerpc/ftrace: Create a dummy stackframe to fix stack unwind") added use of a new stack frame on ftrace entry to fix stack unwind. However, the commit missed updating the offset used while tearing down the ftrace stack when ftrace is disabled. Fix the same. In addition, the commit missed saving the correct stack pointer in pt_regs. Update the same. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
