Commit0fc9ae1076("net: phy: broadcom: add support for BCM54210E") added support for BCM54210E but also unconditionally cleared the RXC to RXD skew and the TXD to TXC skew, thus only making PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_RGMII a possible configuration. Use bcm54xx_config_clock_delay() which correctly sets the registers depending on the 4 possible PHY interface values that exist for RGMII. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
