[ Upstream commit ec3803b5917b6ff2f86ea965d0985c95d8a85119 ] As the interface mode doesn't need to be updated on PHYs connected with USXGMII and integrated PHYs, gpy_update_interface() should just return 0 in these cases rather than -EINVAL which has wrongly been introduced by commit7a495dde27("net: phy: mxl-gpy: Change gpy_update_interface() function return type"), as this breaks support for those PHYs. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
