amdv: display abnormal when start up at source-led [1/1]

Problem:
ko insmod happened during process, sent pkt without controlpath.
In this case, dovi_ll_enable is false by default, lead to vsif parameter
error.

Solution:
Add uboot output check, update dovi_ll_enable if source-led.
