yao liu 802d50f2d4 amdv: display abnormal when start up at source-led [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-118991

Problem:
ko insmod happened during process, sent pkt without controlpath.
In this case, dovi_ll_enable is false by default, lead to vsif parameter
error.

Solution:
Add uboot output check, update dovi_ll_enable if source-led.

Verify:
