Problem:
Due to the inconsistency between the rate of vpu_clkc configured in the
kernel and uboot, when setting the rate of cpu_clkc in the kernel, there
is a clock source switch, resulting in intermittent glitches in the
output clock of vpu_clkc, ultimately causing screen flickering.
Solution:
vpu_clkc is set to 250M in both uboot and kernel.

Problem:
On Linux, after switching the UI to SDR and rebooting,
the output remains HLG. The reason is that the hdr_priority
did not clear the HLG status in hdr_info, causing the system
to still assume HLG is supported after reboot.
Solution:
When the hdr_priority value is 2, it is necessary to clear
the HDR10 and HLG status.
