Problem:
vad update buffer error.
root cause: vad get wrong toddr. record modules register toddr in open
callback, before prepare callback is called, toddr source is last module
setting, as toddr select src in prepare function. So it may use wrong
src, after open and before prepare.
Solution:
1.clear toddr src when unregister toddr.
2.toddr/frddr init as invalid value.
