f7a68945a5 net/mlx5: E-Switch, Move mlx5e only logic outside E-Switch
In our pursuit to cleanup e-switch sub-module from mlx5e specific code,
we move the functions that insert/remove the flow steering rules that
allow mlx5e representors to send packets directly to VFs into the EN
driver code.

4c66df01f5 net/mlx5: E-Switch, Simplify representor load/unload callback API
In the load() callback for loading representors we don't really need
struct mlx5_eswitch but struct mlx5_core_dev, pass it directly.

In the unload() callback for unloading representors we don't need the
struct mlx5_eswitch argument, remove it.

e8d31c4d65 net/mlx5: E-Switch, Refactor vport representors initialization
Refactor the init stage of vport representors registration.
vport number and hw id can be assigned by the E-Switch driver and not by
the netdevice driver. While here, make the error path of mlx5_eswitch_init()
a reverse order of the good path, also use kcalloc to allocate an array

7e0880b9fb crypto: caam - add Derived Key Protocol (DKP) support
Offload split key generation in CAAM engine, using DKP.
DKP is supported starting with Era 6.

Note that the way assoclen is transmitted from the job descriptor
to the shared descriptor changes - DPOVRD register is used instead
of MATH3 (where available), since DKP protocol thrashes the MATH
registers.

The replacement of MDHA split key generation with DKP has the side
effect of the crypto engine writing the authentication key, and thus
the DMA mapping direction for the buffer holding the key has to change
from DMA_TO_DEVICE to DMA_BIDIRECTIONAL.
There are two cases:
-key is inlined in descriptor - descriptor buffer mapping changes
-key is referenced - key buffer mapping changes

45e6ae7ef2 IB/mlx5: Fix mlx5_ib_alloc_mr error flow
ibmr.device is being set only after ib_alloc_mr() is
(successfully) complete. Therefore, in case mlx5_core_create_mkey()
return with error, the error flow calls mlx5_free_priv_descs()
which uses ibmr.device (which doesn't exist yet), causing
a NULL dereference oops.

To fix this, the IB device should be set in the mr struct earlier
stage (e.g. prior to calling mlx5_core_create_mkey()).

f7084059a9 bnx2x: Improve reliability in case of nested PCI errors
While in recovery process of PCI error (called EEH on PowerPC arch),
another PCI transaction could be corrupted causing a situation of
nested PCI errors. Also, this scenario could be reproduced with
error injection mechanisms (for debug purposes).

We observe that in case of nested PCI errors, bnx2x might attempt to
initialize its shmem and cause a kernel crash due to bad addresses
read from MCP. Multiple different stack traces were observed depending
on the point the second PCI error happens.

This patch avoids the crashes by:

 * failing PCI recovery in case of nested errors (since multiple
PCI errors in a row are not expected to lead to a functional
 adapter anyway), and by,

 * preventing access to adapter FW when MCP is failed (we mark it as
failed when shmem cannot get initialized properly).

c67fa6edc8 drm/ttm: add ttm_bo_io_mem_pfn to check io_mem_pfn
The io_mem_pfn field was added in commit ea642c3216 ("drm/ttm: add
io_mem_pfn callback") and is called unconditionally. However, not all
drivers were updated to set it.

Use the ttm_bo_default_io_mem_pfn function if a driver did not set its
own. And add new function ttm_bo_io_mem_pfn() as wrapper.
