Tao Huang 08d30da26b drm/rockchip: Fix depends on CPU config
Before:
	default y if CPU_XXXX
After:
	depends on CPU_XXX
	default y

When a CPU_XXXX config is not selected, the config will be
automatically deselected.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
