3936e240c2 mmc: Support tSD or SD booting OS. 
In case of tSD board or SD booting project, BSP engineers could
only add "supports-tSD" into emmc_of_node claim. Refer to arch/arm/boot/dts/rk3288-tb.dts

5cf78f7b89 USB: fix usb ep0 OUT setup bug. 
In ep0_complete_request, do setup in status phase
in DMA mode for ep0-OUT. It can solve that usb RNDIS
unable to connect with win7 or win8.
