Problem:
cvbs node is separate in each board dts file,
it's not easy to maintain, and the load sequence
is not certain with drm driver, and may cause
timing issue with drm: cvbs shutdown before
drm, and venc is disabled, and drm may block
as no vsync.
Solution:
merge cvbs dts device node into dtsi, so cvbs
and hdmitx node are before drm node, and it
will call drm shutdown interface before cvbs
and hdmitx, thus drm won't block
Verify:
