Problem:
When small memory is allocated through codec mm and perfectly meets
the 4KB alignment, memory will be allocated from the system, and the
allocated buffer's physical address may exceed the 4GB limit.
Solution:
__get_free_pages adds a GFP_DMA32 restriction, ensuring that the
allocated buffer is limited to within 4GB.
